Jehovah's Witnesses Circuit wE-08 Held Their Circuit Assembly Today At Daluwon.

Jehovah's witnesses in circuit wE-08 were all filled with joy as they held their circuit assembly today Sunday April the 23rd 2017. The theme of this year's circuit assembly is Maintain love for Jehovah.
It was indeed encouraging for the 'brothers' and 'sisters' as different brothers came in back to back to stress the need for one and all to cultivate and maintain deep love for Jehovah.

One of such brothers was Saanu Ajobiewe from the Nigerian branch office and has been in the full time service for 21 years, who stressed on the need to show unhypocritical brotherly love because  in this world we are, the love of many has cooled off.
Bro Ajobiewe said: "The ransom sacrifice is the greatest expressiom of love. Through the ransom, the hope of living forever was given us. This Shows that God loved us first. If this is how God loved us, then we are under obligation to love one another. If we dont love our brothers and sisters, can we say we love Jehovah? Not possible. Its easier to love our brothers because we can see them.. Is the brother sitting next to you perfect? or the sister sitting next to you perfect. Are you yourself perfect? So do not hold grudges but instead be forgiving. Holding a grudge can lead to foolish actions which can make us commit serious sin displeasing to Jehovah"

The dedication and baptism talk given by G Oriowo was also encouraging to baptismal candidates, those yet to be baptized and even those that have been baptized for many years. Oriowo stressed on looking intently at Jesus, the chief perfecter of faith by Reading and meditating on the scriptures, Seeking first God's Kingdom and resisting temptation.

The intermission created an avenue for interchange of encouragement among 'brothers' and 'sisters'. The whole lunch break was love-filled as seen in the photos below:

Happy Abel and Faith Abel couldn't help but give glory to Jehovah for the opportunity given to them to be counted among Jehovah's people as they were part of the 9 delegates that got baptized today.

Speaking with one of our correspondents, Happy Abel said ' I am so happy that i got baptized today and me and my sister have decided to list full time service as one of our priorities in life'

Other brothers and sisters who were in attendance were also interviewed and they have these to say:

Mercy Igwe said
''I've been able to see different ways i can maintain my love for Jehovah. And they are practical ways.''

Faith Olajubu said
"We enjoyed it.It was interesting, encouraging. Moves us closer to Jehovah.Encourages us to want to please Him"

Idowu Akinyemi said
"It's my second assembly. I love it. In fact i want to get baptized right now''

Joy Olufadeji said
"It was cool, i met long ago friends and i learnt a very big lesson, not to nurse grudges"

Akinkunmi Adeyemo said
"I'm short of words, my brain can't really boot well right now. But if there is something i want to take home today from here, it's never to hold any grudge with my brothers, sisters and friends and always be forgiving''

Akinkunmi Adeyemo speaking with Naijanews24 correspondent

Bro Saanu Ajobiewe concluded the circuit assembly with the talk entitled." Do not lose the love you had at first" and assured brothers and sisters that Jehovah God will never forget the love they have shown.

Similar circuit assemblies are been held at different locations in nigeria and all over the world at different time and date.
