Former BBNaija housemates Uriel, Bassey and Kemen have paid a courtesy visit to former militant leader in the Niger Delta region, Chief Ateke Tom.

Chief Tom welcomed them with sumptuous meals in his mansion in his house in Rivers State. See pictures below:

Church in Makurdi receives N42m tithe from a donor who requested to remain anonymous A tithe donor whose identity has been made anonymous by a local church, NKST Church, ‘Non go Kristu U Sudan hen Tiv’ (which means, the Church of Christ Amongst the Tiv) in Makurdi, Benue State, shocked church members when they offered N42 million to the church as tithe. The tithe was reportedly paid into the UBA bank account of the church.  When some church members heard of the tithe, they spread the news to other members of the public who were annoyed that the church got such donation while their salaries hadn't been paid by the Government for months. The reason residents got aggravated by the tithe was because they thought the donor was a government official. ASUU strike will affect upcoming election- INEC explains

The Independent National Electoral Commission has raised alarm that the ongoing strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities would affect its preparations for the 2019 elections. On November 5, 2018, ASUU began an indefinite strike action over the failure of the Federal Government to implement three areas in the Memorandum of Action it signed with the union on September 14, 2017.   On Thursday, a National Commissioner for INEC and Chairman of its Information and  other Education Committee, Festus Okoye, expressed concerns about the effect of the ASUU  strike on the 2019 elections  during the opening of a one-day seminar on media gender sensitive reporting. The commission said that it would deploy over one million ad hoc staff made up of lecturers in federal tertiary institutions, members of the National Youth Service Corps and students of federal tertiary institutions in the elections. Nigerian Wedding featuring Pre-Wedding Photoshoot of Beverly and Habib Beverly and Habib met in London at Queen Mary University, and every since then their love for each other has been growing and growing to a point where they can't just do without themselves and therefore are ready to spend the rest of their lives together.
